The Cardboard Nuc is great for transporting swarms or nucleus colonies. NUC box has a preforated bottom entrance flap. it fits four deep frames. The cardboard is water repellent however it is recommended that you protect it from getting wet. 

Very economical and a cheaper alternative to wooden nuc boxes.
