Phacelia Plants are well loved by honeybees for both pollen and nectar. Its a super spring forage for the bees and widely used bee plant in North America. It produces fragrant blue flowers that continuously provide nectar throughout the day.

If you stagger the seeds at three week intervals from April to June  than the bees will continuously have flowers through the season. Phacelia can grow up to 70 cm (28 inch) in full or part shade.

Recommended Seeding Rate: If planting as a cover crop, use 5lb. per acre. Denser planting of 8-10 lb. per acre will control weeds.
