How to use

Effortlessly treat your bee colonies with Varrox Easy, the powerful and easy-to-use oxalic acid treatment device. Simply add the required amount of oxalic acid dihydrate, place Varrox Easy underneath the bee cluster, and start with a press of a button. With two lithium rechargeable battery packs, you can treat 10-20 hives with one charge for optimal results. Recommended for brood-less colonies in temperatures above 8 °C.

Treatment profile

When using Varrox Easy, the high acidity of oxalic acid dihydrate can effectively kill Varroa mites by re-condensing onto bees and combs as a fine crystal powder. It may not be as effective against Varroa in sealed brood cells, as there is no direct physical contact with the acid. Additionally, it is important to follow the instructions carefully to ensure accurate and repetitive treatment of each hive

Safety

Protect yourself from harmful oxalic acid vapours with a full mask with acid rating. Make sure to use rags and stuff them in the hive entrance to ensure most of the vapor stays inside the hive or at least as much as possible. Follow safety protocol and treat your hives with the wind at your back for maximum effectiveness.
