Once you have strained all the honey in the pail you can store it until needed to put into jars and can use it as a settling tank. The deluxe honey gate is 1 1/2 “ nylon honey gate it has a secure seal and makes honey processing easier. Comes with a lid that fits snugly. You can also use it to bring sugar syrup to your hives.
