The medium box commercial unassembled has less knots than budget grade, making them very sturdy & will last many years.. This comes in unassembled. OPH Beekeeping hive boxes are manufactured right here in Ontario, Canada in white pine. All our hive boxes are finger jointed which makes them very durable & long lasting.

We recommend getting them painted, preserved or wax dipped to provide you with many years of use. Easy handholds makes the heavy honey super more manageable.
