New! Hive Service calls to help diagnose problems in your hives. Not sure what is going on with your hive Shawn came come visit your hive and help you diagnose the problem. He can help you with the following issues:
- Teach you how to do a mite check on your hive
- Diagnose Varroa mite, hive beetles, wax moth issues
- Have a hive that is not doing as well as you would like? Lets see if we can improve that
- Teach you how to hive splitting
- Learn how to apply medication
- Install new equipment
- Install a new queen
- Only have one or two hives and need honey processing done we can extract fo you
- Spend a day with Shawn in one of his beeyard-get hands on experience with bees with guidance & mentorship to help you diagnose problems. This is an invaluable service.
We are here to help you gain confidence in your beekeeping efforts. OPH Beekeeping wants to help you achieve your goals whether you want to just have a garden hive or if you want to expand. The goal is to keep the bees thriving but there is a learning curve and we are here to help but we need help with gas costs & our time. We are keeping the fees to a minimum because our goal is to help you.
