Fumagilin-B is a 24g antibiotic specifically formulated to treat Nosema infection in bees. Fumagilin-B works by attacking the actively multiplying disease-producing parasites in the bee’s digestive tract. When administered in sugar syrup, it is highly stable and effective in treating package bees and overwintering colonies.

Fumagillin-B 24g is a bee health product that provides control over the protozoa spore Nosema apis, the most common cause of bee infections. Fumagillin-B 24g is highly effective at preventing and controlling Nosema apis, providing up to 90% reduction in spore levels.

In the fall, after all honey supers have been removed, apply medicated syrup (1:1 or 2:1) at a rate of 190mg fumagillin activity per colony.

It can be dissolved in water or syrup at room temperature, ensuring optimal efficacy. For best results, heat the required amount of water to between 35-50°C, and add Fumagilin-B and sugar in the given order.
