How to use No Graft Queen Rearing Kit:

\nThe Queen Rearing Nicot System Kit is easy to use and enables you to raise your own queen bees without the need for complicated techniques such as grafting or direct manipulation of larvae. These are the steps involved: \n

• 1. Fit 110 brown cell starter cups into the comb box, which should be inserted into a frame.
  
• 2. Confine the queen in the front of the cage so that she can lay eggs in each one of those cells, then release her after a day. When newly hatched larvae are ready (on day 4), you can transfer them elsewhere.
  
• 3. Take out each cell starter cup and insert it into a suitable holder that will allow you to handle them more easily later on.
  
• 4. Use a cell bar holder to attach these holders onto a cell bar, making sure everything fits securely.
  
• 5. Transfer your setup - now consisting of multiple cells holding eggs/larvae - onto an established colony where new queens can develop and mature properly.
