Our honey is directly sourced from our beehives in Chatham-Kent & Essex Counties, with no additives. We simply filter the honey to provide you with a natural product straight from nature. This ensures that you get all the minerals and vitamins from the honey without any added chemicals.

It is important to note that honey should not be heated above 94 degrees F, as this can cause it to lose its beneficial qualities. We also advise against microwaving honey.

Natural honey may crystalize over time, which is a normal process due to the natural sugars in the honey. This does not mean that the honey has gone bad, as its natural properties prevent it from spoiling. If you prefer liquid honey, you can easily warm up the crystalized honey using a double boiler method. Simply heat up water in a saucepan until it reaches 90-95 degrees, turn off the heat, and place the honey jar in the water for about 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can leave it in the sun or in a warm spot in your kitchen to naturally liquify.
