Two Jar Honey Set by Olson Pure Honey! Delicious Natural Honey in an attractive two jar box with your choice of Wildflower Honey or our New Apple Blossom Honey in two 373 g hexagon jars. You can choose to have the natural honey you have come to love from Olson Pure Honey or you can mix and match and have one wildflower honey and one apple blossom honey.

Our Honey is directly from our beehives in Chatham-Kent & Essex Counties with no additives. We just filter the honey and provide you with a natural product right from nature. In this way you get all the minerals & vitamins from the honey. You do not want to heat honey over 94 degrees F or it will lose all the good qualities and never microwave honey.

Natural Honey may crystalize over time this is a normal process that happens due to all the natural sugars in the honey. This does not mean honey has gone bad, as the natural properties of honey prevent honey from going bad. You may eat crystalized honey but most people will warm it up a bit to bring it back to liquid state. You can do this by using a double boiler method.  Heat up water in a saucepan until its about 90-95 degrees then turn off. Place the bottle in the water and leave for about 45 minutes. Sometimes, in the summertime, you could leave it out in the sun for a bit or in a kitchen window and the natural sunlight will liquify it.
