We are not responsible for bees becoming overheated once they leave our care.  If you don’t have  A truck and have to place then in the car do not put in the trunk as they will over heat. Instead place then on the floor of the car with your air conditioning about 22 degrees. Take the nuc’s immediately to the site when thy will be placed. Let them sit under a tree for an hour to let them calm from the car ride. After that, immediately take out 4 center frames and working slowly take one frame at a time and place in the hive. If queen is in a cage take the plug out and place it the same way it was in the Nuc. Give them 7-10 days to learn their new home then check and make sure the queen was released. If she has not been pry open the cage and release her. If you have any questions we are happy to help.
