Yes, we have bee hives for sale. Our bee hives are made in Ontario and built to last. Moreover, you have the option to choose wax dipped beehives to prevent weather damage and extend the life of your hive.

 

What type of bees do we have?

 

We have both Italian Carniolan and Buckfast Italian Queen bees. Both of these bee varieties are well known for their mild temperaments and excellent honey production, making them great choices for hobbyist or commercial beekeeping operations. We have 4 frame nucs which contain a mated Queen bee and 3 frames of bees & one frame of bee bread ready to move into your ten frame hive. Our bees have hygienic traits, excellent honey producers & good in brood rearing.

 

Do you need beekeeping training?

 

Yes, we offer beekeeper training as well. Our permanent staff of experienced beekeepers will help guide you through the process of setting up a hive and learning about best practices for tending to your bees. From one-on-one sessions to group seminars, our staff is here to answer any questions you may have along the way.

 

What type of hive equipment do I need?

 

The basic honey bee hive equipment you will need includes a beehive box, frames and foundation, entrance reducers, an inner cover, an outer cover and bottom board. We offer different hive kits depending on the size of the hive you would like to set up. All our bee hive equipment is made from Canadian Pine & finger jointed for durability.
