We get the question a lot is your honey real? We provide 100% pure natural honey. It’s why we named our product Olson Pure Honey. We process the honey without using any heat or any additives we just filter it to provide you with a quality product of pure delicious honey. The only way to know for sure you have 100% honey is to buy directly from a beekeeper. For example, one of our clients checked a jar of honey they bought at their local grocery store and he was surprised to find out that the honey was a mix of honey from several different countries (not Canada) and it wasn’t pure honey. In most instances, they use a small portion of honey and then add fillers like corn syrup or even worse they pasteurize the honey which removes all the good nutrients in the honey.

Recently, there was a honey from another country that had to be taken off the shelves as it had an antibiotic in it. Yes, we do use medication to help the bees with the mites that are attacking them but you never never use it when the honey supers are on they obviously did!
