How to choose a beekeeping suit?
Most kid’s suits are either cotton or poly cotton watch this u-tube video below who goes through the differences in suits. OPH Beekeeping Suits provide only 100% cotton suits or three layer vented suits(available for adults only). We use 100% cotton as they are breathable and keep you cooler in hot weather whereas the poly cotton that is a cheaper blend of polyester & cotton makes the suit less breathable and less fire retardant.
