What is a honey bee lotion bar?

Our bee lotion bars are in the shape of a honey bee as part of the ingredients come straight from the beeswax that honey bees make naturally. Unlike lotion which is more liquid and contains water this lotion bars are compact and easy to slip in your purse while travelling. These are powerful nutrient packed moisturizers which contain both nourishing cocoa butter & shea butter, rich in oils and do not contain any water. It is basically a room temperature bar that melts into the skin. The goal of these nourishing bars is to relieve dry skin and give your skin a smoother appearance.

Contains the moisturizing properties of both cocoa & shea butter. Cocoa butter is cultivated from the cocoa tree and the butter is extracted from its seed kernels. The advantages of cocoa butter is it reduces fine lines, helps premature aging & gives your skin a smooth look. Shea butter is extracted from the Shea nut and is known for moisturizing & emollient properties. It is rich in vitamins & fatty acids and penetrates deep in the skin to give your skin a satiny smooth finish.

This lotion bar contains natural beeswax which is a wax made by honeybees. It is used as a thickener, moisturizer, skin protectant due to the natural healing properties in the wax. This lotion bar also contains coconut & sweet almond oil and we use arrowroot powder to make this formulation non greasy.

We use both vitamin E oil & a preservative in case the bar comes in contact with water.
